	- If the person has died at home, their dispatch from home in the presence of the municipal doctor, - Obtaining of the death report for the mortal remains, - If the mortal remains are to be held, their delivery to the morgue, - Arrangement of their grave and, if to be interred in the municipal cemetery, deposit of the relevant expenditures, - Arrangement for the washing and shrouding of the mortal remains according to their faith, - Dispatch of the mortal remains to the site (mosque, cemevi, church, etc.) where the last offices shall be carried out according to their faith, - Interment of the mortal remains according to their faith, provision of the necessary chaplain.
	INTERCITY FUNERAL SERVICES
	- Taking delivery of the mortal remains where they are, - Obtaining of the death report for the mortal remains, - Cleaning and preparation of the mortal remains (washing, shrouding upon request) - Disinfection of the mortal remains for travel, - Obtaining of the transportation permission report and sealing of the coffin, - Delivery of the mortal remains to the transportation vehicle (at the airport, etc.), - If the mortal remains are to be transported by our firm, execution of the transportation in a safe manner through our frigorific vehicles.
	INTERNATIONAL FUNERAL SERVICES
	- Taking delivery of the mortal remains where they are, - Delivery of the mortal remains to the morgue, - Obtaining of all the relevant papers for transportation of the mortal remains, - Arrangement of the translations of the necessary papers, - Disinfection (embalming) of the mortal remains, Washing, dressing or mummifying of the mortal remains for incineration as per request, - Coffining of the mortal remains and sealing by the concerned institution, - Receipt of the relevant bill of lading and delivery to customs.
	POST - FUNERAL SERVICES
	- Construction of the grave for the mortal remains (marble, brick, etc. as per request) - The services of cleaning and maintenance and landscaping of the grave and the vicinity periodically, - Arrangement of the Prayers, Hatims and Mevlid-i Şerif periodically upon request, - Informing of the relatives of the mortal remains regarding the public procedures to be carried out after death.
